24 Short Walks along St. Cuthbert's Way

St. Cuthbert's Way is a 100 km (62.5 mile) long-distance walking route from Melrose in the Scottish Borders to Holy Island, off the Northumberland Coast. Combining spectacular scenery, wonderful walking, historical interest, good food, accommodation and support services, the route is one of the best long-distance walks in Britain. Some are so inspired they come back for more, others have only time to walk part of the long-distance route.

This series of 24 short walks has been designed to encourage and enable people of all ages and abilities to enjoy St. Cuthbert’s Way, and to make more of the route. Ranging in length from 1 to 8 miles, and spread out along the whole length of St. Cuthbert's Way, the short walks showcase some of the best of the long distance walking route and offer opportunities to explore the surrounding countryside, historic sites and other features of interest.

This guide includes detailed route descriptions, maps, essential information such as parking, public transport, refreshments and what you can expect to find and see along the way.

Profits from the sale of the guidebook will be reinvested on future maintenance of St. Cuthbert's Way.
